For that I recommend "mkvmerge". Download it >SNIP< and run it. Press Ctrl+E - to run "Header Editor". Then press Ctrl+O - to open desired file on your hard drive. After the whole file loads you should see video and audio tracks. First audio track is usually default to be played along with video track.
