Adobe Photoshop CS4 Is now available in the portable version. Also, I have installed the Eye Candy Filters for you, So all you need to do is the following. Download the .Rar File. Extract the folder to your desktop. Then go into the extracted folder and choose the Blue PS CS4 Application Tab. Thats it! Fully working, and Ive even tested it after extracting it.
