A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This iso includes all the bugfixes of the previous ppf + the 10.4.5 update and it will be auto installed during the setup.
The 10.4.5 update can be unselected in the customize installer screen
Keep in mind that 10.4.5 is even more picky about hardware so if you have problems try deselecting it in the customize panel.
10.4.3 ionetworking is included since it seems to be the one working better with a wide range of cards
This is the best torrent for mac osx86. many are running it. They upgraded it straight from 10.4.3. A must download for all. You get your wieless, modem etc all detected. has new kext for everything. Run ilife, idvd etc. remember to seed for others.

Kids, once you have finished the download, try to seed for a week straight. 145 d/l and 13 seeders is a joke. We will all profit from seeding in excess in the end.
This can be installed staright, needs no 10.4.3 or anything. but first please seed. I am getting 77 Kb sometimes 10 kb, no seeds and the trackers seems to be down. Such a great release, i wonder why no one is downloading. OSx86project.org reports this as success.
used safari twice (first time to crash and second time to get camino). woldn't restart after install, just hanged. removed dvd and pressed reset button, system came up with no problems. screen resolution 1024x768@60 Hz. sound and network worked instantly. i really like it this far.
when downloading the .iso file itself, why is it called 10.4.4? are you sure this is the one with the 10.4.5 patch? or is it just called 10.4.4 because basically, thats what it is, you just have the option to patch it to .5?
huh???? did my DL corrupt or something? all i see is one big rar file that claims to be 4.38gigs. when i open it, its only 8 files which are like all together 125kb extracted. no iso here. can i get some help? should i redownload?
obviously, all who are seeing a few hundred KB of data after mounting this iso are using windows. well, you can't see the full content in windows. just burn it on dvd-rw and boot from it.
yes, this is 10.4.4 install that includes upgrade to 10.4.5. yes, i can confirm that this is the real thing, it really installs successfully and works (i have also downloaded ilife '06 from here and it works, too). i have confirmed it twice, this is the third time..

I've just downloaded this torrent, and I just can't get it to work...
It boots up correctly on the grey logo, and after a few minutes, I end up with a plain blue screen...
Does anyone know where to find a how to for this install ?
I got it to work using an IDE-harddrive. SATA did not work. Nor did the installer recognize my graphics card (ATI Radeon 9800XT) or my soundcard (Soundblaster Audigy 2). Except for that everthing seemed to work as it should.
