(ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Okay, this may sound really stupid, but where do I go to to enter the Serial codes? I open up Norton Internet Security and I go to the Antivirus tab and select Renew Now, but it takes me to this website and it doesn't allow me to input a serial number; it just gives me a button that features its different products to buy.
