A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

I have pasted the Request code into the keygen but
i get message "Request code error!"..........
I got this downloaded but am having a small problem with it. It is all installed but the Serial Number is all 0's and it tells me I can't enter a Registration Key. I have no problem generating a key with the keygen. Has anyone else had this similar problem? How do you get around it?

Your trial software is installed with a Serial Number (000-00000000) that cannot be registered. If you purchased a copy of this software, you were issued a New Serial Number. You must use this Serial Number to activate and enable your product for use.

I have downloaded it and had no problems during install (although it did not ask me the serial ), but I cannot run the program. It just does not open. I am using Windows Vista Ultimate. Could it be a compatibility problem?

max 9 doesn't work on vista, about everything useful doesn't work there too!
i wonder why changing XP??? maybe max 2008 works, i wont bet on that either...

i have been traying to make 3ds max 9 work in my computer but is not happening! i downloaded the torrent, installed, i cracked it but when i was about to open it it gave me a error
it loads perfectly fine until the point when it shows the interface. and it says
"3ds max 9 found a error and it must close" that's it nothing else!
what is bodering me is that i installed the program in one of my friends computer later and it worked fine... i dont understand!!! i also installed in my labtop and i didn't worked either... but in my friends computer it did... our pcs are really similar not big differences i even have a graphic card!!
i study architecture i'm from chile and i really need the program i'm traying to open the ARCHEXTIRIORS from EVERMOTION that only work in 3ds max and i need them for cinema so i have transform them... i only use cinema (i have it install in my pc and labtop)!

hey i have downloaded 3d studio but there is no key gen with it can someone please generate the activation code for me cuz i can't download the whole software again just for keygen as it is not separately available...
this is what was written in an install.txt file in a crack folder.
1. Install 3DS MAX 2009.
2. Start 3DS MAX 2009 and Select Activate the Product
when ask for activation, select Enter an Activation Code
Use as serial : 653-12354321 or 666-98989898 or 666-69696969
Write down the request code.
3. Fire up the xforce keygen and generate an activation code
based on your request code. Continue the registration process
Copy and paste your generated activation code ..
Restart MAX
4. Enjoy!

It worked for me. Here's what you do:
When it asks you to activate, click on the keygen and open it up. The serial number at the top of the activation screen says "000-00000000" but you can replace them all with 1's. Put the 1's where it says "enter serial number" and then "verify serial number" and then from there you can put in the request code you get from that into the keygen and then calculate for your activation code, then type--don't paste--that code into the box where it says to paste it. It should work from there.
If I missed something, I'm sorry. I did all this RIGHT before I had to go to work today, so I didn't get to write it all down.
