A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

If you have already installed ArcGIS 9.1, just uninstall it and install this version.
License Manger Setup
Create the following directories:
C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
Copy license.lic to that directory.
Edit the first line of the license.lic file
SERVER this_host any
Change this_host to the name of your computer
Run LMSetup.exe
Choose C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.lic when prompted.
Do not restart.
Copy over ARCGIS.exe to C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
Add ESRIFloat.reg to the registry.
Restart your computer.
Launch StartMenu -> ArcGIS -> License Manager 9x -> Run License Manager Tools.
Choose tab Service/License File, and check "Configuration using Services", and choose the ArcGIS License Manager.
Switch to tab Configure Services, make sure ArcGIS License Manager is in the Service Name listbox.
Browse to the correct License file path (C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x) where you copied the license.lic file and choose it as license.
Check Start Server at Power up.
Click Save Service to save the settings.
Test the server by choosing the Start/Stop/ReRead tab, Click Stop server, then ReRead license file, then Start Server.
After that move to the tab Server Diagnostics and press the Perform Diagnostics button. If everything is done right, it should list all ok features.
Mount ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 DVD.iso
Install ArcGIS Desktop.
everytime I try LMSetup, it comes back that an I/O error has occured while installing the file. Am I doing something incorrect or is this what should happen and I should go on to the next step?

I downloaded ArcGIS 9.2 and followed install instructions. It was successfully installed but it looks for a HARDWARE KEY inorder to work properly. Where can I buy this stuff. Or can someone provide a schematic diagram for the USB or PARALLEL port? Thanks.

Read the "ArcGIS 9.2 Install Instructions.doc". Its pretty straight forward...
However. It assumes you got your system on the C volume. Otherwise you have to tweak it a bit.

When i try to stop server in the License manager, it prompts: unable to stop server and reread license file failed. What could be the problem. Are you sure this programs works, the way you have instructed in the file.

Ok I'll answer my own question.
Install licence manager. You wont be able to get it to work so ignore the bit about opening License Manager Tools and cahnging the settings. Instead create this file
"Start License Manager.cmd"
Edit this file and enter this:
@echo off
cmdow @ /hid
cd "c:\program files\esri\license\arcgis9x"
lmgrd -z -c license.lic
make sure lmgrd.exe is set to run in windows xp compatibility mode (right click and adjust its settings)
make sure the arcGIS.exe file in the same folder is set to run in windows xp compatibility mode
Run the "Start License Manager.cmd" file and don't close it
Install ArcGIS as normal

Sorry didn't know it was going to take the return carridges out. There should be four lines in the file, after each "NEWLINE" put a return and obviously get rid of "NEWLINE"
