Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

While the torrent can be downloaded in full it is made up of 'Language Folders' so you don't have to download it in full if you just want specific languages.
Each Language Folder has the PATCHER and instructions within it so you only need select the actual folder you want.
If the language is not found here you can download the PATCHER folder and follow instructions to find the 'language-language' software you need. Patcher works with all Lingvosoft programs except the 'Flashcards'.

[b]Patching these programs - an overview[/b
Install each program you wish to have on your PPC/PDA. This is the trial only version.
You will now have to 'patch' the program's executable file (exe file) so it thinks its the FULL version.
You do this by linking your PPC with your DESKTOP PC via activesync.
Then you find and copy the exe file to the PC and rename it to any.exe so that the PATCHER.exe software can 'see' it and patch it to full retail version.
Then you rename it back to its original name and copy it back to where it came from on your Pocket PC.
