Total Commander Ultima Prime 3.1 adds to the project Wavosaur audio editor and telnet, ssh, rlogin services client - PuTTy. Main menu has been extended with new item called Plugins. which gains the quick access to the Network Neighbourhood plugins. Additionally TC UP 3.1 gives new language too Croatian.
