A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Downloaded, installed and for the most part works fine for a beta version. Have been using X-setup since the program first emerged years ago and think its one of the top 3. But beware... this is not a program for armatures due to some of the programs capabilities can cause your operating system to fail if not used correctly. After installation it is important to check for and update the program. Did not download new version that is limited to trial only. Some of the tweaks (Mostly the game tweaks) do not work with Vista but the rest far out weigh the few that don't. This is a good working version that is virus free when I downloaded 11-26-2007.
