A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

I successfully downloaded this AVG and the serial number did work... however, when I was updating the program, I was re-directed to the AVG website with a notice informing me that the program I was using was pirated. lol. Anyway, am not sure how to get around that.
