A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file

A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

I have included version 1.2 and 1.3 of the JetMouse utilities, as well as optional utilities for unlocking IMEI of phones that support Garmin software.
There is also instructions and the like for everything I found that pertained to this process. Hopefully the instructions are more clear as most of the stuff I found on the torrent network was confusing and overly complicated.

Hi tcannibal, I got a Garmin Vista CX and you can find all the maps you need on here.
Most of the TOPO maps are unlocked, I use TOPO UK. An I use Mapsource and Metroguide for use on the road again this is unlocked.

Used the utility on the North America 2008 version of Mapsource. Mapsource said that it had unlocked the maps just fine but when I then downloaded a mapset to my iQue M5 the unit insists that the maps are locked and will not show any details.
Anyone successfully get the maps in their GPS to work with this unlocker?

can anyone help me? I installed this gen (works great), but I can't get my maps to work. i'm trying to unlock city nav 08 (NA) and it will lock it, but my map (within mapsource), still says 'map detail locked' in yellow on the bottom right hand corner. i can't select any maps to transfer to my gpsmap76C.

Make sure you are using the correct City Navigator version.
You have a 76C which requires City Navigator. Not City Navigator NT.
Once the key is loaded in Mapsource, remove any existing keys related to the device you are trying to transfer maps to. (76C) You will now need to delete the existing maps off of the GPS and re-transfer them to the GPS. When Mapsource transfers the maps to the device it puts the new key in the map file. Hope this helps.

I already unlock map with unlock wizard and the Id map but when i go in the registred map i see unknow region and i dont see no map at alli try too fallow the step in the read me text but did i need too download something alls like a map i dont think i ahve it all ready in my gps ... can you help me i have a etrex venture HC 2008
ok now i downloads north american city navigator and i unlock it in mapsource creat but when i select a region or a map of a sector to send it on my Garmin etrex ventureHC he say you try to send a locked map soo the map is lock in me gps CAn you tell me if is realy exist step to upload map on me GPS totaly free please help me

Tried this on my garmin quest and installing garmin city navigator europe NT 2008 (using Map id: 284) but it doesn't work to unlock the maps or put them on the gps unit.
Does this work with a certain version of city navigator europe nt2008?
Please help as I pulling my hair out.
