A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

only prob is that wen i try convert to divx o xvid i cant put audio any higher than 56kbit/s 24.000hz stereo. throws me an error.
dont get me wrong, picture quality is excellent, but it would b nice to put audio at 96kbit/s 48.000hz stereo or 112kbit/s 48.000hz stereo. good sound quality. have to turn amp volume up loads.
any ideas??

I still send my thanks for the program I needed, and works fine, but to let you know, and anyone who tries to download this.. it came up with this for the keygen: PSWTool.Win32.GetPass.h using ZoneAlarm Security Suite.
I know that many times keygen's are misread as trojans or even viruses, so who really knows? That's why I don't trust keygens much.
The good news is.. the name, email and serial they posted in the text doc does work and no need for the keygen. My ZA removed it before I could use it.
Conclusion: keygen may be fine, but no need using since info in text doc works and if this person was trying to pass on a trojan laced keygen then why give info? But still I suggest using the name, email, serial in text doc.

Thanks. I've been looking for a dvd to avi converter for awhile. Downloading movies gets alittle time consuming and i would rather create my own dvdrips.

just to let you know if you have a good anti-virus program it will detect all keygens as virus's this is the way they are set up to work as the companies making the anti-v programs don't want people using keygens
