(ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this torrent is bad and will get u in some serious trouble i had the prgrm running for a couple days and then i got this fucking huge window on my desk top saying piracy alert and it couldnt be removed i had to wipe my whole freaking hard drv it stated that my ip address was going to be sent in for piracy so be very carefull
If you don't know anything about optimizing XP by tweaking the TCP/IP stack etc. then this tool could help you. The piracy warning is easily removed without reinstalling. Simply finding the process and it's associated dll's and removing them is all you have to do. Process Explorer can help with that. But in reality this program is based solely upon peoples lack of knowledge and doesn't do anything, other than what you can do with a little time and some good tweaking. Had this, ran it, used it, got the piracy screen, removed it and the program, end of story. TTFN.

Then hit ok.If you can use windows explorer go to:c:/documents and settings/your name/local settings/application and data/temp ... and delete all of the files in there, some may not be able to be deleted and it will prompt you to skip them, ofcourse select skip.after all this go to start-all prog-accsesories-system tools-disk defragmenter, once opened select defrag.i also like to use a program called "Registy Mechanic" which has a free trial at www.download.com, this will optimize your registry improving your pc alot. DONT download this TORRENT! It contains a program called "malwarrior"that installs itself using trojans, search on google for MalWarrior and you'll see its fake. IT also changes your desktop to "privace alert" and makes your IE homepage change(unchangable, you cant change it back). To remove it, simply do a google search and there should be enough un-install instructions.
