Paint Shop Pro 7 Retail (and update to 7.04)
A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Still the best version of PSP, after this version Jasc began to ruin PSP by starting to go the way of Photoshop, This version is a fantastic replacement and update for those still using the trustworthy 5.01 version of PSP, the interface is identical so should not be too hard to get used to, it supports transparency in PNG as well as a lot of other features, and you can now save your workspace (toolbar).
For those, like me, who don't always read the text files:
During the installation of the update in XP, you will be told that a file cannot be installed, or registered, or something like that, on the dialogue box click ignore, the rest will go in, it makes no difference to the functioning of PSP 7 at all, it has to do with the stupid Windows File Protection system.
Hi lioncat. Yes, I understand what you are saying about the newer versions, I have tried versions 8, 9 and even Photo XII but in the end, they were too complicated to use with all the panes and other Photoshop-like enhancements, I find I can create really good custom DVD and CD covers and do anything I need to do with this version, of course if you do need to do a lot more and sophisticated work I have no doubt that the later versions would do better, but for ease of use, an uncluttered workspace and for most projects this is, for me at least, the best version. In the end I suppose it comes down to what one is used to and to the personal preference of each user.
Thank you thank you thank you! I used PSP 7 ALOT in my high school years, and have missed it sorely. I was trying to edit some pictures in an opensource editor, but the unfamiliarity drove me crazy. After downloading and installing this, I immediately remembered the shortcuts and functions and got my image done in seconds. Again, thanks a million!
I absolutely agree: this was the last, best version of PSP. And Corel has just ruined it: PSP 10 is an abomination. If I WANTED Photoshop, I would USE Photoshop!
I bought 7.04 way back when. Now I need to re-install and can't find my disk! So THANKS for this.
