A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

IM not sure about this particular uplad, but this program is by far the most user friendly friendl screen capture program ive come accross. and i downloaded and tested about six different ones.
