ŪŪ² normalisation and statistical analysis for ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² microarray-experiment data. It provides modules for ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² visualization (scatterplot, histogram, boxplot, etc.), ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² normalization and analysis. The user can upload any number ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² of microarray-datasets, resulting from one experiment. ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² According to experimental design and relationships between ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² the microarrays, the data is organized for later analysis ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² and replicate handling. Arraynorm features a variety of ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² normalization methods, such as 'global median', ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² 'dyeswap-pairs normalization', 'lowess fitting' and ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² 'normalization using control-spots'. Differentially ŪŪ²
ŪŪ² expressed genes can be found using foldchange-detection or ŪŪ²
