Just for an intro let me say; UIF is a compressed image format. U must have heard of ISO files, these are non-compressed image files. U might know what an image file is; Image file is an equivalent to CD or DVD, that is y it is called CD and DVD image. so when we need to open a 700 MB CD we just put it in the CD Drive and read it, like that for accessing image files we need to mount them, magic disc supports several drives for mounting images. Magic ISO can be used for creating image files as well as extracting contents of the image. Also a freeware known as Magic Disc must be downloaded for mounting these image files.

Now here as u asked u just need to download Magic Disc or if u have Nero 7.0 Premium that will do. Magic Disc is a freeware and a small software which can be downloaded from <a href="/redirect?http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-m...">http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-m...</a> Now an icon appears at the system tray, now right click on it and mount your UIF file. XP will now auto detect the image and u can access it from My Computer. It appears as a new drive in My Computer. Merry christmas!!!
