Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Bill Hicks was regarded as one of the greatest comedians that ever lived by those who saw him. Unfortunately is his home country of America he was virtually ignored. He made a much bigger splash in the UK and was scheduled to have his own television show on British TV when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Comparisons were made with Sam Kinison and Lenny Bruce during his life, but neither are really true. He was more brains than Kinison and funner than Bruce. One of the greatest comedians who ever lived.
'Love Laughter & Truth' is a compilation of previously unreleased material culled from the multitude of live performance recordings Bill made for his personal use from the mid 80's until his death in 1994. In conjunction with the Hicks Estate, hours of these shows were reviewed, and the bits that were not released on Bill's other albums were edited and compiled to a single incendiary CD.
