A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

EVANESCENCE - THE OPEN DOOR, album to be released in the USA on October 3rd 2006 and in the UK on October 2nd 2006.
Encoded 192Kbps [Lame] mp3. Covers included.
The Open Door is the new album by American rock band Evanescence, their second studio release. The album has progressed slowly for a number of reasons, but perhaps chiefly because of Amy Lee's desire to allow the creative process to fully take its course and not rush production. Besides that, other distractions have included other band members' side projects, health problems concerning guitarist Terry Balsamo [who had a stroke] and the controversy revolving around the dismissal of their former manager. Lee stated on Evboard that Evanescence's new album would be wrapping up in March 2006, but the release was pushed to October 3rd, allegedly because Wind-up Records [the band's current record label] wanted to make a few changes to the upcoming single Call Me When You're Sober, which hit modern rock and alternative rock radio on 7 August.
The Open Door is defined by Amy Lee's beautiful melodies, compelling lyrics, poignant piano and stunning vocals, fused with Terry Balsamo's urgent, yet intricate guitar, to form a seamless, ethereal mixture that perfectly channels the band's hard rock and classical sensibilities. Marking the return of long-time friend and producer Dave Fortman, the album's musical elements include a classically-infused choir and strings recorded in an old chapel on several tracks, giving further color to songs of introspection, longing, doubt, self-respect and, ultimately, empowerment.

In answer to Pinkgirl, yeah, very good quality.Unless you have a 2 grand stereo, some really sweet headphones or you're a dog, you're unlikely to notice the difference between this and a cd./awaits backlash

Thanks for the upload, but I must say, can't we all agree that ripping to 320kbps can be the norm nowadays? I mean, look at the size of computer harddrives now. Not bitching, I appreciate the torrent, I'm just saying I'd love it if it were 320.

Lossless recording is the way forward. As for the rest of you ... no my grandma won't tell the difference either!
lol sorry, but do people actual think a compressed file format can be better than cd?if that was the case mastering/mixing would be done to mp3 files and not wav (look up whta mp3 compression does and youll see why)the original wav file burnt on to the cd is the best quality you'll get...ok now on topic about the cd...well...about now i think everyones finding out who did most the work for evanescence....this cd is boring...theres maybe 2 songs i would maybe listen to more than once....this is in the right section rock/pop.....will the next cd be adult contemporary?start listening to lacuna coil, after forever, epica, autumn, elis, asrai, sirenia...(if you dont already)...evanescence is done
