A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Or, maybe it’s their unique vocal harmonies orless-than-conventional song structures that make them so appealing. Whatever the reasons may be, this British quartet manage to display avibrant post-punk sound without devolving into conventionality, like somany bands of their ilk.
On their much anticipated sophomore effort <span style="font-style: italic;">News and Tributes</span>,The Futureheads deliver their signature sound. From the gang vocalanthem "Yes/No" to the ultra-catchy single "Skip to the End" TheFutureheads do not disappoint on this album.

Sorry, my mistake, this IS the full album. Amazon only had 1 listing for the cd at the time and it now turns out to be a 16 track import that they had not labelled as such, they have now.
