In my experience, Buckeye Express is the only ISP in Ohio that cares. I've had Time Warner, and never once heard anything from them for using torrents. This is a mkv that was converted with RipBot264 to standard 1080P res so people can enjoy with there Blu-Ray disc player.
Once finished downloading one can create the AVCHD file structure with tsMuxeR then burn to disc with imgburn UDF 2.50
