Comments (336): dopeman rules because every single one of his torrents work i downloaded this and it works perfectly though i am only on mission 3 • Well, works perfectly fine for me. • All who have problem with SAVE Just do that: trustno1fox ? 2008-01-04 10:44 CET: ok Do what that guy tibob did with fixing the crack and everthing and this is EXACTLY what you do. 1) Download the EURO 1.5 crack (2 RAR archives) from gamecopyworld. 2) DO NOT TAKE the archives and Extract them into the game folder, extract them into a different folder and then take the individual files in EACH folder and put them into your directory (otherwise you will overwrite ALL of the old stuff). 3) Once you have applied both RAR archives to the game folder. CUT and PASTE the Chaos THeory game folder (the one that you just put all that stuff into) and copy that to your C:Program files: UBISOFT folder. now saving works. Don't ask how. but it does. :) Cheers $) • i think i downloaded S

I ΓΓ¼Γäóll be honest - I was never that fussed with Beirut. Like many, I was drawn to ΓΓé¼╦£Gulag OrkestarΓΓé¼Γäó by its forbidding title, that anonymous and curiously haunting cover photo (allegedly found in a library, photographer unknown) and the Balkan-indie tag.
And sure, it was a decent enough record, but something about it didnΓΓé¼Γäót quite connect. Then ΓΓé¼╦£The Flying Cup ClubΓΓé¼Γäó came along and again I tried, but felt that same sense of dislocation. Like the films of Wes Anderson, Zach CondonΓΓé¼Γäós music can feel cool and isolating if you donΓΓé¼Γäót fully buy into it. But also like Anderson, when he snares you, he snares you goodΓΓ鼪
ΓΓé¼╦£The Rip TideΓΓé¼Γäó has snared me more than all of CondonΓΓé¼Γäós previous records combined. ItΓΓé¼Γäós not quite his pop album, but itΓΓé¼Γäós certainly the one where he most expertly fuses his global influences with his now considerable song writing skills.
So, while ΓΓé¼╦£A CandleΓΓé¼Γäós FireΓΓé¼Γäó opens with his familiar mariachi stylings (and, incidentally, sounds exactly like music from The Terminator), itΓΓé¼Γäós immediately followed by ΓΓé¼╦£Santa FeΓΓé¼Γäó, which demonstrates Condon at his most breezily charming. ThereΓΓé¼Γäós a chance that it might be overlooked compared to some of the heavier songs that follow it. That would be a shame, as itΓΓé¼Γäós actually perfect. The rest of the album is more subdued, but also more rewarding over the long haul. The title track unravels beautifully over a couple of plays and the whole album is fraught with an introspective intensity. Nowhere is that more obvious than on ΓΓé¼╦£GoshenΓΓé¼Γäó - the obvious highlight here. The key lyric, ΓΓé¼┼ôYouΓΓé¼Γäóre on in fiveΓΓé¼┬¥, feels like a gentle encouragement - appropriate for a song that takes to the floor as a shy piano ballad, before blossoming into a multi-instrumental epic.
That this is both BeirutΓΓé¼Γäós deepest and most instantly enjoyable album is obvious. Condon has left the bedroom where he handcrafted ΓΓé¼╦£GulagΓΓé¼Γäó behind. HeΓΓé¼Γäós no longer a promising indie auteur, but the leader of a very good band. Yet, remarkably, ΓΓé¼╦£The Rip TideΓΓé¼Γäó retains the distinctiveness of those earlier records. Its quiet magnificence is destined to win over a lot of doubters.
