Comments (6): PLEASE SEED!!! i need this for my imac g3. it wont run tiger discs from a mac mini • bz2 is a common archive format, and the majority of Operating Systems support it out of the box. (Mac, Linux, and all its distros) Other, more hard headed operating systems, have utilities available. I think 7zip supports bz2 as well, but I can't remember for sure. Would you complain it was hard to extract because it was in .rar format, because your OS doesn't ship with the tools to open that common archive format, too? • I compressed it because the file is over 600MB uncompressed! That's a waste of bandwidth. Also, what's so difficult about extracting it? I gave instructions! • Why am i the only one to comment • then make it to where no one can see this comment • Why compress it it and make it hard to extract
