So-Yeon lijdt aan claustrofobie, veroorzaakt door een traumatisch ongeval in haar jeugd.
Zij wordt ook nu nog behandeld voor deze aandoening. Ze werkt als trimster bij een dierenwinkel.

Op een dag, komt de kat Bidanyi in de dierenwinkel. De volgende dag wordt de eigenaresse van
Bidanyi dood gevonden in een lift. So-Yeon, neemt de kat op verzoek van agent Joon-Suk mee
naar huis. Kort daarna begint So-Yeon verschijningen van een jong, mysterieus meisje te zien.


Kort daarop wordt So-Yeon's goede vriendin Bo-Hee dood gevonden. Bo-Hee had onlangs een kat
geadopteerd vanuit een dierenasiel.

So-Yeon vreest nu voor haar eigen leven. Samen met agent Joon-Suk gaat zij op onderzoek uit.

Er blijkt een verborgen verhaal te zijn, in relatie tot de katten.
