There are lots of forums and websites around the web with free tutorials to download and use DS backups. And for the cards just go to <a href="/redirect?http://www.dealextreme.com">www.dealextreme.com</a> and please avoid the R4i Gold, it is a very ****py card with no real support. pretty but slow and faulty. My favorite is Acekard 2i for DSi at these moment. For DS lite it also works great.
