Comments (8): And if your HD is in FAT32 you dont need to reformat the HD, there is a way to "convert" a FAT32 disc to NTFS without losing any content of the disc. • sabretooth1, this isn't a hard drive formatting issue, but a TV format issue. NTSC is the format that TV is broadcast in Canada, USA, Mexico and a bunch of other countries. PAL is the format used in across Europe, Asia and Africa. Does anyone know how to check if a video file is NTSC or PAL? • NTFS = ANY SIZED FILES ABLE TO BE READ BY NTFS. FAT OR FAT 32 AS IT IS KNOWN = FILES ABOVE 4GB WILL NOT BE READ IF THEY ARE COMBINED AS 1 FILE. I.E. MKV FILE 4.9GB WOULD NOT READ ON A FAT FORMAT HARD DRIVE THIS IS 3.56 SO SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM.
