This time I am getting only like 25kbps. Sometimes it jumps to 50, but it drops really soon back to 25 or less. I am uploading 100kbps (not right this second but all day earlier, I decreased my bandwidth to share with my mom who's on youtube listening to music) I have a ratio of 1.4+ uploading and I've uploaded 4 gigs since I started this DL.
