That is great if you already have nothing, but otherwise it's a waste (particularly if the poster has included propaganda, advertising and or Spyware/Adware/Virus.) --- If the torrent was made of individual files then, if feedback was given that Book3.doc was an advert for some company, new downloaders could exclude THAT file, and that way the torrent would continue to be of use. Also as is the case for this torrent, even if the torrent wasn't compleatly available, there is a GOOD chance that some of the files would still be complete even if the torrent was stuck at 81.6% or 95.9% --- • Stuck on 95,9
