Comments (9): A useful tip for some of you LG 3DTV owners... Most LG 3D TV's (as does my LG 42LX6900), will support a network attached drive. (I use the Dlink DNS-320 NAS. It works fine, just enable the UPNP AV server). Using this there are no rstrictions on file size & no need to use the USB. In fact the LG TV's come with bundled software 'Nero Media Server'. This will do the job straight from your PC. Again negating the file size issues. When plying the file hit the quick menu & you'll get the 3D options. Oh yeah. The resolution doesn't have to be 1920x1080, that's just the maximum. What will crash it out is if it's not 1920x1080 at 30hz. It's the 30hz that makes all the difference. It is true, DTS audio will not play on an LG 3D TV. Here's a how to, on the LG support site.
