It says it is a DVD rip and it could be. The quality looks to be like satellite. The language is English. Actually it is good that it is the PAL version because they changed a bunch of the songs in the DVD release that Disney did for North America. I just checked the sound in the 20th episode and it seems to be the good old score I remember from when I was a kid.
