Comments (2): Update: Never mind... I double checked and there's nothing wrong with the cropping for this season anyway. • Uh Oh... It seems that I left auto crop on in HandBrake and it cropped some episodes that didn't need it (episodes 5, 10, and 16.) I will stop seeding this torrent and create another one and then delete this once I fix the episodes. All you have to do do then is just point the new torrent at the same directory and continue your download. Sorry about this.

The deliberately retro-camp "Flash Gordan" is your quintessential eye- and ear-candy movie. Not only is it advisable that you check your brain in at the door, you're supposed to. When Dale shoots two of Ming's drones, then clubs a third with the gun (instead of shooting it), then tosses the gun away, -- it's not a "script error". It's on purpose. Anybody who complains about something like that in a movie like this just doesn't get it.



So just shut the hell up and enjoy some of the most ridiculously huge and expensive sets ever made. "Flash" packed 'em in at the theaters, but cost so much to make that the hinted-at sequel was never made. And let's hope they don't, because there's no way a green-screened FX extraveganza will ever compete with a hundred guys on wires wearing preposterously fake wings and hamming up every second of it.

In this update of the 1930's comic strip, Flash is a football hero who is skyjacked aboard Dr. Zarkov's rocketship along with beautiful Dale Arden. The threesome are drawn into the influence of the planet Mongo, controlled by Ming the Merciless. Ming has been testing the Earth with unnatural disasters, and, deeming it a threat to his rule, he plans to destroy it. He also intends to take Dale as his concubine. Flash must avoid the amorous attentions of Ming's daughter and unite the warring kingdoms of Mongo to rescue Dale and save our world.
