Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This is the PROPER version of my GH3/Rock Band Custom. There is another version on here (that i didn't upload myself), which i DID make. But it's an early version and doesn't have all the DLC songs as stated in the description. And the person who uploaded the other included the WRONG nfo. This one, is uploaded by me and you WILL get all the songs in the description.

GUITAR ONLY - NO BASS
Includes every Rock Band Song from the mainsetlist, 4 of the bonus songs, 21 DLC songs, and The Devil Went Down To Geogia from the GH3 Xbox DLC. This is the OFFICIAL Rock Band songs with the same exact audio from the actual game. The guitar cuts off if you miss a note. The crowd sings along on some songs just like in the game. The guitarist animations actually go with the song (take a look when your playing) and moves his hand, and stops when there is no music.

NOTE: LOWER THE "BAND" VOLUME TO ABOUT 7 OR SO IN THE AUDIO OPTIONS FOR BEST SOUND. Or make the "Band" volume two lower than the guitar... If your Guitar Volume is 9...then make the Band Volume 7. Experiment for best sound.

NOTE: If you've downloaded my other version on here. You can hashcheck it with this one and would save you LOTS of time.
Meaning when you download this one, save it to where you have the first version, and the % should go up to about 70 or 75%, and then you would have THAT much of it done already. Then it downloads the rest. Enjoy.

Next time you post.. Know what your talking about dude. This WILL NOT brick a PAL console.. The only way you can possibly brick a console is IF you update your Wii with a different region disk. YOU READ UP NEXT TIME.. I've been doing this stuff for 8 months now.. Don't tell ME... And this is another reason why i'm NEVER uploading a Custom to a public tracxker. Cause of retards like you..
sounds like you know ur stuff CosmoKramer420 so i wonder if you could help me out i,ve d/l family ski recently but when you start it up.it has error #001 unauthorised device has been detected. any ideas how to overcome this?
