A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This is my first torrent upload, so I'm hoping it works without problems.
FATE has been upped twice now in the past month or two, the first time, it had various viriuses supposedly. The second time it was not seeded due to PC problems of the seeder?, and not able to finish even one copy sent out. This is a legitimate version of fate, including crack, obtained from Gamecopyworld.com, and tested to be working on all 4 of my PC's, and fully virius scanned.
This copy of Fate, is the "fate-broadband-drm3.exe" file obtained from "http://download.wildgames.com/wildgames/fate-broadband-drm3.exe" which is the OFFICIAL site, and download location. This file is NOT UNLOCKED, and it DOES contain the Wildtanget web driver shit. The file obtained from the site is:
Size: 125 MB (131,947,048 bytes)
Size on disk: 125 MB (131,948,544 bytes)
After installing, you may uninstall the Web Driver, its not needed anymore.
Open the crack which was obtained from: "http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/?d=2005&f=bm-fate120u!rar" and replace the fate.exe in "C:program filesWildTangentAppsGameChannelGamesE2BABA4F-C37B-4A6C-8F00-0D303441C2D3" with the fate.exe in the "bm-fate120u.rar" file. Bam, you now have a unlocked copy and it is clean to boot =P
I have ALSO included a reworked textures pack off of "http://worldoffate.com/mods/mods3.html" that makes the textures for the map look worlds better. Extract that into the "C:program filesWildTangentAppsGameChannelGamesE2BABA4F-C37B-4A6C-8F00-0D303441C2D3" to play with vastly improved textures, or not, as it seems to be a beta patch and may cause problems on some PCs.
I'll be seeding until I get sick of doing so unless something goes wrong.
Please have some faith with the extra file size, I've included where I've downloaded each and every file from to help verify it, comments would be appreciated
I've personally been using this version on my home, work, and laptop PC, as well as my son's playing it on their PCs, it is a good fun game, without so much of the learning curve.
hmm does PB not update the stats on a torrent that often, I know i've got 31 leechers atm 8/9/05 @ 10am est, and currently 10 seeders that have complete the file from me overnight.

TY, i'm just glad I could give something back that ppl were having a hard time getting, everything I have is either already accounted for once, or flooded with seeds as is, lol.
I figured the improved textures wouldn't hurt either, heh
yea man it is... i was reading Computer Games magazine today and saw the review...went to the stores and couldnt find it so im gettin hooked up here thanks to Tmg3...THANKS A TON MAN...so yea it is the Diablo-look-a-like game, the review says its published by WildTangent..those a-holes...i hate their stupid web drivers and spyware crap but neways...looking foreward to playing the game..... again thanks a bunch man
Leif-Berit: Yeah it's more like Diablo 1, then Diablo 2. It's all about the equipment really the deeper you go, it's a fun lil game to just run around and bash shit in.
The Pet's a cool part of it, and for being a low budget game, it's pretty fun. The Wildtangent shit sucks, but like I said, after initial install, remove that crap, you'll never need it again

Your computer may not like the enhanced textures on that level, hit control+alt+~ key at the same time and type decend 2 when you are on level 7, and it'll skip that one and you'll go to level 9

I have problems with those extra textures too. cant get to lvl 10. i hav tried to press ctrl,alt and ~ but when should i press it? before i press the stairs or what? or when pressing accept?? plz help me. the game is pretty cool by the way!!!!
