ok, so i tried with all the cracks.. nothin, then i tried with a fix no-cd image + yasu.. nothin again, then tried to re-install directx and i couldnt do it! (regedit directx version to 8 so i could reinstall it) can anyone tell me a way to reinstall directx? dopeman: it's me, it's not you! ...also, i noticed another guy with the same problem with your previous release of TDU, but no solution.., is not ment for my pc haha...anyway thanks!

My system should be able to run it perfectly well on highest settings: AMD Athlon X2 4600+ GeForce 7800GTX (256mb version, normal memory/core speeds) Creative Audigy 2! ZS 2Gbytes DDR400 RAM (2-3-2-5 timings) I guess those are all the important specs. Thanks for all the help you can give and keep up your excellent releases.

Passed everything with all bars green, so I guess there should be no problems. Running the game at 1280x1024 with HDR and details set to high, I'm getting framerates close to 40, which is pretty good. The only problem is the absence of any sound, which takes away all the immersion, and the game is quite boring after that.

Hmmmm. For some reason the game is now crashing to desktop while loading for some reason. Any other experiences with this issue? It was working a few hours back but now it isn't, a reinstall won't do nor would a system restore (the same issue occurred with me with TOCA Race Driver 2 before, was never able to fix it). Any help would be appreciated.

thanks for the link, i reinstalled directx but it doestn work...but, i discovered somethin, if u delete the TDU directory with windows explorer it only takes 8 secs to erase it! (with Total Commander 2 min) anyway, thanks, im playing Double Agent & Silent Hunter 4, all dopeman releases, keep up the good work!

Found a fix for the sound problem : 1- Set your in-game display options to 1024x768 and 60Hz refresh rate (default settings) and reload the game. 2- Set your in-game display options to whatever resolution/refresh rate you want and reload the game. Sound should work just fine now for the current play session. Redo the steps whenever you minimize the game or want to start another play session. Hope this helps.

I see some talk about jagged edges and needing to raise resolutions. You guys do know that you can force AA with Nvidia cards, even if the game doesn't provide the option, right? The best way would be to download Nhancer. <a href="/redirect?http://www.nhancer.com/?dat=downloads">http://www.nhancer.com/?dat=downloads</a> Great program for creating custom profiles, has numerous AA configurations and other options as well that the Nvidia control panel doesn't offer. I'm not sure if Test Drive will have incompatibility problems running forced AA + HDR, but it's worth a shot. I'll be sure to try it out once I get this downloaded. Thanks for the up, by the way.
