A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This is the most stable release I've made. This version will not "eject" you from the game. However, the game comes without any warranty. Successful test on Vista SP1 x64. No bugs so far, or let me say - no enough bugs for Java based game, made from a small group of Polish programmers. However - City Interactive does not offer any better version or official patch, so take a look from its better side: The game is free.
Previous bugs from other crackers came from the cracked "chromeengine2.dll" and additionally from the cropping and recompresing some setup files. This is "untouched" ISO, properly made, and the game must be played with mounted ISO. Surely all 8 missions can be completed on rookie and veteran mode. The included crack is for noCD play, but contains some bugs; it's not recommended to use it.

Installation: UnRAR the archive, mount ISO and install the german version. Play with mounted ISO.
English patch is located in folder [english patch]. Run, select the game directory and install, then restart PC or at least Log Off -> Log On for the successful substitution of the language files. Play with mounted ISO.
nothing in common with Sniper Elite. This game is a category below or category up.... Most realistic - when you shoot, you must calculate the wind, the distance, to hit the exact moment of your pulse...
There a NOT another weapons, except the sniper rifle. If you got an enemy weapon (Sub Machine Gun) - it has 8-12 rounds in it... Better use the sniper!
The is not life in it - if you get hit, hide (crouch, lie down or something...), just avoid another hit, it will be lethal. After some time you can be hit again....
Missions require patience, as enemy snipers often are hunting you. There are 8 missions only.
This game never managed to raise as a "best seller", due to its script - it's written on JAVA (usually games are Microsoft Visual C++). This is the release I managed to complete without bugs, without ejecting from the game. This is the fourth and last release of City Interactive, based on JAVA, their next one - "SAS Secure Tomorrow" is much more stable. That's it!
the game works, i have vista x64 sp1 and it works greate, the only yhing is that it is wery boring nothing like sniper elite witch is a far better sniper game than this low class stuff.

Just open the mounted ISO through (My)Computer as you open every disk and navigate the folder [english patch].
