A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file

A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

If you don't know how to use an .iso file because you are ignorant, stupid, or otherwise, get dameon or Nero and mount or burn the file... This content is straight from Bethesda's disks, it is exactly what you would get if you were to buy this game retail.
ok i downloaded and installed and when i hit run that stupid error report screen comes up and it says an error ocurred and the program needs to close. this happens everytime i hit run.
since the game seems to have installed properly.. id say you should check the system requirments and your hardware, then install the latest drivers, and reinstall the patch if it will let you..
this seems to be a Bethesda support issue, u might want to ask them i don't think u have to give away anything that would tell them u don't have the game legally to use their online support
