A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file

A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Can anyone help me with this? This is the first time ive done something like this... I renamed the files like said above, and extracted it in winrar, but now what? I tried to burn it to a cd but that doesnt do anything. I appreciate the help, i tried to figure it out on my own but couldnt.

To all new at this, visit www.slyck.com for tutorials and help to start with. Seems like every post has somebody asking what to do. RESEARCH FIRST, THE INFO IS OUT THERE USE GOOGLE. I LEARNED IT ALL ON MY OWN. I really dont mind helping, but this is an over and over again thing. =/
Torrents and packed file extraction, drive emulation and cracks... ARE NOTHING NEW.

open flt-sexp.001, (right click, OPEN WITH) and choose winrar... check the box at the bottom, (always use the selected program to open this kind of file) so Windows will always know to use winrar on .xxx files. At any rate, anyone should know that any file can be renamed but will still require the file be opened with a program that recognizes the content. I could name a .rar to .37372890 and still open it with winrar. Get it?
Now that you have the first file open with WINRAR, (flt-sexp.001) you'll see 2 files there... a .cue and a .bin file. these are IMAGE FILES. Highlight both of these and hit "extract to"... then choose the directory for where you want them extracted. Once extracted, The .cue file, is to be mounted in a drive EMULATOR, (DAEMON TOOLS). MAKE SURE ALL OPTIONS ARE ON IN DAEMON TOOLS.
Install the stuff pack using the key provided in the .nfo file. (Open the .NFO file with notepad, again choosing notepad as the default app to open .nfo files, use the terminal font, size 9)
Now heres the trick that threw me off a second.
after installing the stuff pack, go to the fairlight directory on the mounted emulated drive that you have H&M stuff pack mounted to, right click and copy the Sims2SP5.exe file and paste it in the directory and let it overwrite the original. (Else rename the original, I do, so I can keep it just in case for updates later on should the game require the original .exe file... so I rename mine to Sims2SP5.exe.ORG) then paste the new Sims2SP5.exe file you copied from the crack directory.
NEXT: Whatever expansion you were running before you added H & M stuff pack... is what you'll start the game with. WHY? I HAVE NO IDEA>.. first time for that. Even though it added a launcher to my desktop... it wont run from there. I believe the exe files are some type of protection scheme. Example... I have all expansions and stuff packs for this game, and my last added expansion was seasons.. When I tried to run the H&M shortcut it gave me an error saying I had to start from the seasons shortcut to (Sims2EP5.exe).
Anyway... I checked and all H&M content is in the game.. including the new community lots and clothes. WORKS GREAT!

Derc is right!!! you all look very lame. You are all asking the wrong questions, people genrally wont help when what you are asking is so basic. DO A SIMPLE SEARCH ON THE INTERNET FIRST, this way you will learn. Dont be so lazy. If you do do a search and you get confused or lost then post a question and people are more willing to help.
Derc - the reason that the game is calling for the seasons cd is that is the most recent expansion and hence the newest files. The game will always call for the cd of the most recent expansion pack.

I have a question about overwriting the original. Is it in sense pretty much overwriting H&M with the crack? Or is there more to it? Also EP5 is seasons, does that mean you overwrite with seasons. I downloaded H&M the first time and I messed up the whole thing because I probably didn't copy the crack right or whatever.
