(ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

the proxy method only worked for a few psn games its absolute bull that ne neones hacked the ps3 and even if u could use the pc to put it on the hdd of the ps3 where would u put it music video or photo causes there the only choices u have ****in ****s!
