A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

yo guys i have a question, i downloaded the torrent, extracted everything, but the game doesn't work. I went to UPDATE_SD104 folder, I click on SD, and nothing happens, I also download Daemon Tools, but I don't understand why it won't work. I double click and the School Days thing pops up and disappears, i also got an error message saying "failed to start because gEngine.gesl was not found." Can you guys please help me out?
To all the people that are trying to get this game to work but can't, here's what I've done to play it. First of all, unzip the first file and it leads to all these other icons in the unzipped folder. Click the setup icon. After you've installed it, run all the patches including Updates including the update SD104.exe. After you've ran that, there should be a new folder that pops up that says Update_SD104. Open that folder and press the SD.exe icon. Then it should open up to the game. I hope this works for all of you, enjoy!
PS. Don't try that Alcohol thing that the notepad says. It just wastes your time for nothing.
I've install the games and it's works but the window of the game is too small and takes place in the left bottom of the screen..I tried to change the option but the screen option is already on "full".. Someone already had this problem or it's me? Please answer me thank you.
I'm having the same problem as hurricayn is having. I installed everything (including updates). Whenever I try to double click the sd.exe file, it shows the school days logo and disappears right away. What's wrong?
For all who do not know (It took me a while to figure it out myself), you don't mount the .I00~.I04 files, only the .mds file and don't rename said files (like to .iso or whatever like I did). For this reason I don't whether or not you can burn these to DVDs.
BTW, it took me several weeks to download this so don't be surprised if it takes you just as long.
Hey there, I've an issue with the installation.
When it finish the install I get an "error" message that stands Microsoft.msxml2.publickeytoken and lots of numbers and then I can only press Ok and then it reverses my install and cancels it.

And for those who have problems with the tiny screen on either upper corner, the solution is as follows. You need to change your comps time settings. Control panel -> regional settings -> first tab, change that to japanese.
Hi, I have a problem on initializing the game. I have installed the game by extracting the first file(ends with I00 one) using WinRar and click on the installation application.
After installation I run the updates 1 and 2 and finally 4, then I ran the SD application in the folder created after running the update 4 and it prompts me something like Yes and No option. When I click Yes option, the menu just continues to repeat itself and No would lead to closing it. I tried using Daemon Tools 4 to mount the image(by mounting the whole of first file in compressed form), the Yes and No menu did not pop up this time, it initialize the program but nothing happens after that.
What should I do to be able to play the game?Thanks in advance.
great game, no prob installing, i didn't follow the installing guide it comes with, just used daemon tools and winzip =^.^=, yes it's japanese, but you can get walkthrough's for that, and sekaiproject.net is a great site =^.^=
Hey everyone as you can see i need help lol i just can't install this game it also just happens to be the first game i try to install that isn't english. So he is what i do step by step and where i hit a road block.
Step 1 is i open the foler named [E-G]etc etc..
Step 2 i open the rar file called [E-G][050428][Overflow]SchoolDays1(iso+mds. Step 3 is extracting the file i find inside called SCHOOLDAYS.I00
Step 4 It give me a bunch of other files one of em named Setup.exe i click it
