    Oh no, so it doesn't work on PAL? Does that mean the only way is to buy an original copy of the NTSC game, because that should play on a chipped PAL console right? There is another torrent with this game, it's 4.38 gb while this one is 4.14, could that be another version that might work on PAL?

    I just saw the main screen and heard Luffy's voice. It's definately FUNimation dub. But after that comes the BIG BLACK SCREEN and I can't do a thing( Did anyone make it work on a chipped PAL console? T_T

    you can just patch it with WIU1.1 to make it PAL. Thats what i did.

    if you experience a black screen try changing language to english. you should also try changing to 60hz. good luck.
