Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

I have been following the development of this patch on Atari's forum. After the release, it solved some major issues, and brought new issues as well. One being significant is the missing sound when looking back. I am on stand-by for downloading, I would like more feedback from fellow players before I do. Thanks guys. When I tryed to play the game it said this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Isn't it funny how those banned IPs isnt a everynight problem it comes and go,like the 19th i was loaded with blocks,tonight i dont have a block yet,I wonder if peerguardian is accurate?!
