Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Como hacerlo funcionar
- Ante todo, primero hay que tener instaldo el CF 3.03 OE C o superior (3.10 en cualquiera de sus variantes)
- Arrancamos la PSP con el boton R pulsado, y nos saldra un bonito menu de fondo azul llamado RECOVERY.
- Primero cambiamos la CPU Speed, nos vamos al menu CPU y elegimos como velocidad de ISO a 266 (XMB no)
- Elegimos Use no UMD y lo activamos (Enabled)
Le damos a back y se reiniciara la PSP... elegimos la iso y a jugar. Espero haberos sacado de dudas ^^
AVISO Por problemas con el compresor ciso, el juego NO VIENE EN CSO. Si quereis ponerlo en cso, en un rato posteo el programa para hacerlo
Am I the only one unable to play this? After loading a language, the screen dims and the memory stick ceases to read... .iso seems busted to me o_O
currently on 3.03OE-A, and I've tried messing with all the settings (region, no-umd, etc) with no success....
For those still having trouble playing this, try the following settings (thanks Bails): change the cpu speed from default to 266 in recovery, and select Europe for the region (NO-UMD enabled works as well).

Maybe all of you running ancient CFW out there shoudl upgrade... This game is fairly new and probably requires a fairly new FW version in order to play... I'm d/ling now and will try it on my 3.90 M33-3 Slim and see how it plays out... (or not... lol )...
