A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Yes it's in french but it can be made in english following these steps :
1. Download The Torrent
2. Download UMDGen v4.00
3. After downloading the first two install and open UMDGen and open Spider-Man 2 [Multi5].iso
4. Go to PSP_GAME then open USRDIR, then DATA, then AUDIO, then MUSIC and DELETE THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS : FRENCH, GERMAN and ITALIAN
5. After that you go back to DATA and open LOCALES. DELETE the following files FRENCH.LNG, GERMAN.LNG, ITALIAN.LNG, LEGAL.FRE, LEGAL.GER, LEGAL.ITA, DO NOT i repete DO NOT DELETE SPANISH.LNG and LEGAL.SPA !!!!!
6. Then click SAVE and select Compressed (*.cso), the folder you want to save it and that's all !
7. Then upload the file on your PSP !!

I tried it all ways and it is still in French even after I went back and did it the way you said to if it doesn't work. I even deleted anything that had French, German or Italian. nadda. Thanks anyway
