Comments (14): Tested and everything works like it should. I installed the program created a &quot;Rescue Disk&quot;, backed up my entire hard drive to a external hard drive. Restored my computer starting my computer with the &quot;Rescue Disk&quot; and it came out perfect. Moved the date of my computer forward 6 months and restarted to see if the program would still work and it does. The program hasn't tried to call home so the serial number will work as long as you don't allow the program to connect to the Acronis web site. I have been looking for this program that would work for a long time, have tested others and they all failed except this one. Always &quot;validate&quot; all of your backups don't get caught short with a bad backup. elshiftos: try creating your &quot;rescue disk&quot; by creating it as a ISO to your desktop then burning it to a CD-R. I had the same problem with creating a &quot;Rescue Disk&quot;. It would be better to get a external hard drive to place your backup on, if not then partition
