Description
Desde su nacimiento en 1999, la serie Medal of Honor se ha convertido en uno de los referentes del género de la acción en primera persona, y más concretamente dentro de los juegos ambientados en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, por su espectacular puesta en escena y realismo a la hora de plasmar los acontecimientos que los soldados vivieron en dicho conflicto. Sin embargo, con el paso de los años, la serie ha ido perdiendo popularidad y repercusión en la industria del videojuego frente a los cada vez más frecuentes títulos de la competencia y, sobre todo, ha sido duramente criticada por la falta de libertad con la que los usuarios se encontraban en el desarrollo de las misiones. En este caso, primaba más el componente cinematográfico y la espectacularidad que la libertad de movimiento.
Con este último dato como telón de fondo, Electronic Arts se dispone a ofrecer a los aficionados al género una nueva entrega de esta saga totalmente renovada en sus bases jugables, con la espectacularidad intacta, pero con un desarrollo de las misiones más libre y novedoso que nunca.
