I found that by using ultraISO to produce ISO files, and then mounting the ISO image using BOTH daemon tools and MagiDisc, I was able to run head/neck, abdo/thorax and hip. couldn't work spine or hands. hope that helps. :) • thanks for the download the.real.dr.house. :) I was wondering if anyone has managed to figure out how to get around the appsetup.txt not found obstacle? I converted into ISO, mounted with daemon pro. When CD launched, it asked me to locate the appsetup.txt file. I pointed the computer to what i thought was the correct file (even copied the relevant file to a different folder), but each time I pointed to this file - nothing happened. Also SP2 installed some stuff lowering speeds on P2P etc, there are pathes available to adjust max half open connections, then you go into advanced of uttorent and adjust to between 50-100.
