I found that by using ultraISO to produce ISO files, and then mounting the ISO image using BOTH daemon tools and MagiDisc, I was able to run head/neck, abdo/thorax and hip. couldn't work spine or hands. hope that helps. :) • thanks for the download the.real.dr.house. :) I was wondering if anyone has managed to figure out how to get around the appsetup.txt not found obstacle? I converted into ISO, mounted with daemon pro. When CD launched, it asked me to locate the appsetup.txt file. I pointed the computer to what i thought was the correct file (even copied the relevant file to a different folder), but each time I pointed to this file - nothing happened.
