Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

1934, America. The Dustbowl. A fugitive named Ben Hawkins finds refuge within a traveling carnival comprised of a tarot card reader and her catatonic/telekinetic mother, a blind mentalist, a bearded lady, and conjoined twins, amongst others. The carnival is owned by the mysterious and unseen Management, who has designs on the young Hawkins, for the boy is concealing an untapped gift: he can heal the lame and raise the dead--at a price. Ben also finds himself disturbed by cryptic and prophetic dreams, which he shares with a Methodist preacher in California, Brother Justin Crowe. Brother Justin, convinced he is following God's will, has begun to practice his own extraordinary talents, although the preacher's plans increasingly lead to disturbing and tragic consequences. In this "last great age of magic," Ben Hawkins and Justin Crowe are moving toward a great conflict between Good and Evil, although it not yet clear on which sides these men will stand.

By the numbering of the episodes I made the mistake of thinking that there were 24 episodes in the second series - ooops!!!! This torrent is the COMPLETE 2nd series - EXCELLENT quality - ENJOY what is a FABULOUS series - what a cliffhanger at the end!!!
Episode 23 and 24 are mixed up.. Ep 24 is not the last one, but 23 are!!!(would be good if someone backed me up or proved me wrong!)Very strange indeed if the numbers are right and I am wrong !(I thank the uploader for this great release!)
I had problems with this torrent. I was downloading about 2 weeks ago and suddenly it stopped. 2 days with no seeds and no peers. I was wondering if someone else had this issue. Now it seems to be working fine.
Indeed EPS 23 and 24 are mixed up!!! I wish I had read this message before discovering this! Watch 24 second last, then 23 last.But apart from this (major!) snafu, the quality is awesome!
