A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

To be able to actually run the Set-Up and install the game, you need to have the ISO image mounted to a virtual drive to your computer.
A virtual drive is basically adding a fake/trick drive to your computer... like C:\\ is an example of a drive... so it may be something like J:\\ ...
To make a virtual drive, you will need a tool - The Daemon Tool is a safe tool to create a virtual drive on your computer...
Once the virtual drive is created, open the ISO image into the virtual drive and you should be able to run setup.exe and successfully install the game.
I hope that covers the basics in starting the game, it would be a shame to download a 3gig file to not even be able to run the setup
