A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

u need to be running version 1.5 to run fastloader or umdemulator. if you have version 2.0 - download a downgrader and get version 1.5. iso files can only be loaded on v1.5 ....... but gta requires version 2+.......... so the answer is "no u can not run gta with a emulator....not yet anyway"
the unrarred ISO file is more than 1 gigabyte in size. Can someone please explain how i copy it to my PSP, when its too large? I've got fastloader etc, but whats the point when the iso is too big to fit on my 1 gig memory card?
get ur self a rip kit..... if not download software that will allow you to delete some files from the iso....... extract iso - delete dummy data - make iso file again

The game says USA is it. I think it is EUR mine is all in different language. The game audio is english but not the menu and game subtitles. I would recomend to everyone not to download. Please if anyone else does not have this problem then Post. Its a pain in the arse
hello i have just bought a psp with version 2.6 i want to play games on my memory stick havae been trying for a long time plz let me know a detailed way to get them to work on my memory stick thanks
There is no way to downgrade from a v2.6 psp to a 1.5 psp.
go to "pspupdates" (type at google) then go forum and tutorials on how to downgrade from a v2.0 psp.
